Physical items such as guides and workbooks are shipped to addresses provided at checkout.

2. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

We are committed to fair practice and clear terms regarding reimbursements. Below is an outline by offering type.

2.1 Advisory Services

Clients may cancel advisory sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full reimbursement of payments made. Requests received less than 48 hours before are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource allocation. All valid reimbursements are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

2.2 Info Products

Digital materials are eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of access if less than 50% of the content has been consumed or downloaded. To request a reimbursement, Contact Us. Approved requests are handled within 10 business days.

2.3 Goods

Physical products may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Reimbursements are issued after receipt and inspection of the sent-back items, within 10 business days.

3. Rescheduling of Services

Advisory sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests should be submitted via Contact Us.

4. Non-Reimbursable Cases

Cancellations made after session start, or full consumption of digital materials beyond the threshold, cannot be reimbursed. This policy ensures fair management of expert time and resource commitments.
